Once this questionnaire is returned, PowerPark Analysts LLC will conduct a preliminary project screening. Please allow one week for a reply. If a "No-go" is indicated we will acknowledge your inquiry with our gratitude for your interest. However, we may also suggest a remediation path for any screening barrier identified.
If the indication is a possible "Go," we will contact you to gather site-specific environmental and regulatory data, and prepare a preliminary feasibility report presenting structured design options, a cost/output range and more. This begins Phase Two and incurs a professional fee.
If we determine that there is a strong likelihood of success, and subject to a service agreement, we will work with you to analyze the project further. We will continue with additional planning questions.
The process is designed to evaluate quickly whether a site merits the investment of full engineering, legal, and financial due diligence — it is not itself a bankable or investment-grade study.
Our final feasibility report will present the realistic range of design options for your site, including such considerations as panel technology, hail protection, battery sizing, and charging configuration among them, along with their respective tradeoffs. A recommended path forward follows the options rather than leading them, so you can see the reasoning before the conclusion. Where a site fails one of our screening criteria, the report will identify, where possible, practical paths to resolve that barrier locally, so you can pursue remediation and return for further analysis rather than treating a single no-go finding as final.
Figures produced from your responses should be treated as directional estimates, not final specifications, until confirmed by licensed structural, legal, and financial professionals in a later phase. The feasibility report will help as you move forward to select the right partners for site preparation, construction, power technology and management.
Once the Phase Two data have been gathered, expect to wait at least two weeks for the initial draft report, followed by a review session to refine open items before any further analysis, engineering, or legal work is commissioned. Fees for these services will be described in our reply.
